AR Specialist

Denali Water Solutions LLC seeks an AR Specialist to support accurate and timely billing in our sustainable utilities and environmental services operations. In this role, you will process invoices, apply payments, reconcile customer accounts, and monitor aging to reduce past-due balances. You will research discrepancies, partner with operations and sales to resolve billing issues, and support month-end close and reporting. Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments accurately and on time

• Prepare and issue customer invoices in alignment with contracts

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts

• Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies

• Reconcile AR sub-ledger to the general ledger

• Communicate with customers regarding invoices and balances

• Partner with operations and sales to resolve account issues

• Maintain organized AR records and documentation

• Support month-end close and reporting for ARAssist with process improvements in AR and billing Required Skills
