Applications Engineer

CIRCUIT CHECK INC seeks an Applications Engineer to design, develop, and support automated test equipment and custom fixtures for electronic products and circuit boards. You will translate customer requirements into robust test solutions, create and validate test plans, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. Responsibilities include system integration, troubleshooting, on-site support, and continuous improvement of test performance and reliability. Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test solutions and custom fixtures for electronic products and circuit boards.

• Translate customer requirements into detailed test plans, specifications, and system architectures.

• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate complete test systems.

• Configure and program test automation tools, DAQ hardware, and control systems for reliable operation.

• Perform system integration, debug, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.

• Support installation, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting at customer facilities as needed.

• Analyze test data to improve coverage, throughput, and system reliability.

• Document designs, test procedures, and user guides for internal teams and customers.

• Provide customer-facing technical support and participate in design reviews.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, safety, and quality standards.
