Analyst, SEC Reporting

Invitation Homes is seeking an Analyst, SEC Reporting to support accurate, timely external reporting for our high-growth, publicly traded single-family rental platform. In this role, you will assist with preparation of 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A support, and XBRL. You will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations, perform analyses and reconciliations, and coordinate with internal teams and auditors. Working in our performance-driven, collaborative culture, you'll help enhance reporting processes and support strategic, investor-facing disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with Form 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings, including financial statements and disclosures.

• Ensure compliance with U.

• S. GAAP and SEC regulations for all external reporting.

• Support XBRL tagging and review of SEC filings for accuracy and completeness.

• Perform financial analyses, schedules, and reconciliations to support reported results.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to gather data and respond to inquiries.

• Assist in maintaining and improving internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).

• Monitor new accounting standards and disclosure requirements and help implement changes.

• Support special projects, investor presentations, and ad hoc reporting for leadership.
