Analyst, SEC Reporting

Invitation Homes, a leading single-family rental home owner and operator, is seeking an Analyst, SEC Reporting to support accurate and timely external reporting for our publicly traded company. In this role, you will assist in preparing 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and related filings, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and SOX requirements. You will analyze financial data, support technical accounting research, and collaborate with finance, accounting, and external auditors. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with Form 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings

• Compile, analyze, and review financial data and disclosures

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and SOX requirements

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors

• Support implementation and documentation of internal controls

• Assist with technical accounting research and policy updates

• Perform variance and trend analyses on financial results

• Help improve reporting processes, tools, and documentation

• Support investor-related reporting and schedules as needed
