The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to a diverse client base, ensuring incidents and service requests are managed effectively whilst delivering a high standard of customer service. This role is ideally suited to a technically capable individual with strong communication skills and a desire to develop their career within a fast-paced MSP environment. The position is predominantly remote, with attendance required at the London office once per week and occasionally for customer site visits, internal meetings and company events. About You This role requires a proven 360 recruiter with experience of developing contract business. You should be able to demonstrate: - Previous experience as a 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant. - A proven ability to develop a cold recruitment desk. - Strong business development and client acquisition skills. - Experience securing and managing contract or temporary vacancies. - A track record of building and maintaining a profitable contractor book. - Strong commercial awareness, including rates, margins and fee negotiation. - Excellent candidate sourcing, screening and relationship-management skills. - The resilience, discipline and self-motivation required to build a desk from the ground up. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A proactive, accountable and results-driven approach.
