    Weichert Co is hiring a Sales Office Recruiter in our Capital Region. This is an onsite role in office 5 days a week. The Sales Office Recruiter is responsible for working with the assigned office to recruit new and experienced Sales Associates for their sales office. The position is responsible for prospecting for, securing and conducting appointments with, and guiding new leads through the process so that they ultimately convert into a Weichert Sales Associate. This position also handles all management functions related to staffing including contacting, conducting in-person interview with and without the Sales Manager, running Brand X and agent analysis, sending marketing materials, negotiating compensation packages, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Proactively identifies, contacts, meets with, presents to, follows up with, and hires potential new and experienced candidates for the assigned sales office. With the Sales Manager, uses discretion and independent judgement in making decisions to hire candidates based on their expertise, knowledge and analytics of each candidate and their respective market place. Proactively visits public and broker open houses, attend industry events and activities, and conduct appointments on- and off-site to recruit Brand X agents. Identifies new and creative proactive recruiting methods to increase lead flow and candidate pipeline for assigned sales offices. Consistently uses Company branded recruiting tools and best practice techniques to interview and introduce candidates to the benefits of entering a business relationship with Weichert. Submits weekly and monthly reporting to the assigned Sales Office Manager. Performs other duties as assigned. WREA is hiring a Marketing & Communications Specialist in Morris Plains, NJ. This is a hybrid role. The Marketing & Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing and communications initiatives that help our franchise offices throughout the country generate awareness, secure business and foster positive perceptions of the Weichert brand to their customers and agents. This includes the areas of traditional marketing, public relations, social media and event support. The position is also responsible for all internal communications from WREA to its franchisees and externally to the public. A successful candidate is a self-starter, will bring energy to the position, be willing to roll up their sleeves, and be creative, continually thinking about "what comes next" and how to improve their area of responsibility and our franchise offering. You would work alongside a high-energy and collaborative team whose priority is providing the best tools and services for our affiliates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports local and national PR within the franchise footprint to improve visibility of our Franchisee network, including the writing and distribution of press releases locally for our franchised offices across the country and nationally for the franchise company. Proactively identifies promotional opportunities for broader brand visibility and franchisee participation. This may require outreach or interviews with franchisees or media contacts. Supports all non-paid media efforts including, but not limited to, article writing, arranging interviews, arranging press materials and coordinating webinars. Tracks and measures the results of all earned media efforts. Maintains social media content calendar to complement our Agency calendar, stays abreast of the latest posting trends and media, proactively develops strategies together with the Director of Marketing that support Management objectives. Creates and posts content to our pages to help keep our footprint informed and engaged, as well as attract new franchise prospects. This may take the form of graphics, video, gifs or other trending media. Monitors and responds to conversations on social media channels when appropriate. Identifies tactics to attract more followers so messages reach larger audiences. Crafts internal communications from WREA to Franchisees, as needed to announce program changes, marketing and supplier updates and news stories, which may be in the form of newsletter content, email blasts and social media posts. Helps in the creation and update of marketing tools and resources used by our Franchisees to prospect and sell real estate and recruit agents, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, direct mail, social content, resource guides and presentations using popular design programs such as Adobe, Canva and our Weichert design platform. Provides general support to the Director of Marketing as needed in the administration of broader programs, such as our National Marketing Fund, Approved Suppliers and events. Manages small projects, as needed, which may often require cross-functional team management or the management of external vendors, freelancers or agency contacts.     The Account Manager II is responsible for providing excellent customer service to a growing group of clients in multiple states, responding to inbound service requests in all lines of personal lines insurance. The position facilitates client retention by completing annual policy reviews and soliciting additional lines of business to be referred to an Account Executive for conversion. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides superior customer service to improve customer loyalty. Addresses clients' service requests and explains coverage and procedures as necessary. Answers client questions and escalates issues as they arise. Actively introduces additional sales opportunities to current clients in order to expand the Agency's book of business and increase policy revenue. Gages client's level of interest and transfers leads to the appropriate Account Executive. Remains up to date on annual reviews, daily follow ups, and meeting referral goals. Issues fully assessed pre-approvals which includes all facets of the qualification process, from income and credit to property standards. Submits complete and accurate mortgage loan applications that provide all of the information needed to make an underwriting decision. Stays abreast of changes in market conditions that affect the Company's many loan products. Communicates regularly with all participants during the loan origination process, keeping them updated on the status. Provides excellent customer service at all times and provides solutions for customer concerns. Promotes collaborative atmosphere with representatives of the Weichert Team. Stays up-to-speed on availability of all products and provides customers with contact information of the appropriate Weichert product representative. Ensures full compliance with all applicable federal and state law and regulations, all Company policies and procedures, and all applicable investor guidelines, including maintaining all mortgage loan origination licensing and continuing education requirements. Updates lead portals, the CRM and other tracking software on a regular basis. Performs other duties as assigned.
