    Master Data Administrator Initial Interim Contract £34,000-£38,000 per annum (Equivalent to Hourly Rate Inside IR35) Surrey - Hybrid Working (2-3 Days On-Site) We're supporting a growing FMCG manufacturer undergoing a significant business transformation and are looking to appoint a Master Data Administrator to support the integrity and management of business-critical data across the organisation. This is a newly created role supporting a major transformation programme. The initial requirement is expected to be around six weeks; however, there is a strong likelihood the assignment will extend and genuine potential for the role to become permanent as the business continues to evolve. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data administration experience who enjoys working with large datasets, improving data quality, and supporting operational teams within a fast-paced environment. The Role Reporting into the Supply Chain function, you'll take ownership of maintaining and improving master data across multiple business systems, ensuring information is accurate, consistent, and available to support operational and commercial decision-making. Working closely with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT teams, you'll play a key role in supporting the business through a period of systems and process transformation. Key Responsibilities - Create, maintain, and update master data across products, suppliers, customers, locations, and operational systems - Ensure business-critical data is accurate, complete, and maintained in line with company standards - Process new product creation, amendments, discontinuations, and system updates - Perform regular data validation, reconciliations, and quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies - Produce regular reports and data extracts to support operational and commercial teams - Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and Operations to ensure data integrity across multiple systems - Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and data governance initiatives - Investigate data queries and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining clear audit trails - Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting, and master data processes - Provide wider administrative support to the Supply Chain and Operations teams where required What We're Looking For - Previous experience in a Master Data, Data Administration, Supply Chain Administration, or Business Support role - Strong Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail - Experience maintaining and validating large volumes of business-critical data - Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks - Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different departments - Experience using ERP or business systems to maintain master data - Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or reporting tools would be advantageous - Proactive mindset with a passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement Why Join?     Interim Cost Accounting Manager London - Hybrid (1-2 days per week) 6-Month Contract £500-600 per day Outside IR35 We Do Group is supporting a fast growing high-tech manufacturing group to appoint an experienced Interim Cost Accounting Manager for an initial six-month contract. This is a high-impact assignment offering the opportunity to shape and improve the organisation's cost accounting framework within a growing, technology-led manufacturing business. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you'll be brought in as the subject matter expert to review, redesign and embed best practice across cost accounting, inventory and COGS reporting. The brief is intentionally broad. We're looking for someone who can quickly assess the current state, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical solutions that leave the business in a stronger position.     Payroll Manager 3 - 6 Month Interim Contract (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity) £250-£325 per day (Inside IR35) Guildford - Hybrid Working (3 Days On-Site) We're supporting a well established property business that is looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Manager on an interim basis to provide stability and optimisation across its payroll function during a key period of change. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process for a large multi-entity workforce while driving process improvements and strengthening controls. The initial assignment is expected to run for three to six months, with a strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position for the right individual. The Role Reporting into the leadership team, you'll lead the monthly payroll cycle from start to finish while supporting continuous improvement across payroll processes, systems, and controls. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee payroll operations, support a junior team member, and work closely with Finance, HR, and external providers to ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end monthly payroll process for a workforce of over 1,000 employees across multiple legal entities - Review and validate payroll inputs, including salary changes, overtime, bonuses, expenses, benefits, pensions, and statutory deductions - Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in line with HMRC legislation, pension regulations, and internal controls - Reconcile payroll journals, payroll control accounts, pensions, and statutory payments prior to month-end reporting - Support Finance with payroll journals, reconciliations, and month-end accounting requirements - Investigate and resolve payroll queries, discrepancies, and complex employee issues promptly - Review and approve employee expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies - Lead payroll-related process improvement initiatives, including system enhancements and automation opportunities - Coach and support a Payroll & Benefits Administrator, providing guidance, quality assurance, and workload management - Maintain strong relationships with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers while ensuring payroll records remain accurate and fully compliant What We're Looking For - Proven experience leading end to end payroll within a medium to large organisation - Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions, tax, and statutory compliance - Excellent Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP - Experience working with payroll, expenses, and finance systems (SAP Concur, Opera, or similar desirable) - Strong reconciliation skills with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage strict payroll deadlines - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality - CIPP qualification (or equivalent) desirable but not essential - Immediately available or able to start at short notice Why Join?
