    FP&A Manager - Real Estate (FTC - 6 to 12 Months) - OUR CLIENT is delivering one of London's most significant mixed-use real estate and operational destination projects. The estate brings together hospitality, leisure, entertainment, commercial office space and public realm within a highly complex operating environment. As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking an experienced FP&A professional to play a pivotal role in developing the financial reporting and modelling infrastructure that will underpin the next phase of growth. THE ROLE Working closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, CEO and Asset Management teams, you will take ownership of designing and implementing robust financial models and reporting frameworks across a complex multi-entity structure. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and building consolidated financial models across multiple operating entities, incorporating integrated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts. - Developing standardised, scalable modelling architecture with robust controls and validation checks. - Producing Board, lender and monthly management reporting directly from model outputs. - Delivering meaningful financial insight to support strategic decision-making across operational and investment stakeholders. - Supporting the annual budgeting process and long-term business planning. - Establishing an FP&A framework that creates lasting value beyond the duration of the contract. THE PERSON The successful candidate will be an experienced FP&A professional with exceptional financial modelling capability and the confidence to build 'best-in-class' reporting processes from the ground up. You will ideally possess: - ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience). - Advanced three-statement financial modelling expertise. - A proven track record of developing sophisticated forecasting and reporting models from first principles. - Experience producing Board, lender and executive management reporting. - Strong Excel skills together with exposure to reporting automation or financial planning tools. - Previous real estate, property, infrastructure or asset-backed business experience is highly advantageous. - The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver against challenging timescales. Their portfolio includes both residential and commercial properties, containing mansion blocks to mixed use properties. Due to winning new business, they are now seeking a Client Accountant to work on a residential block portfolio to ensure new property finances are up to date and ensuring handover has been completed. THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS for the Client Accountant: - Responsible for preparing year-end complex service charge accounts for residential blocks. - Responsible for preparing quarterly client reports. - Preparing bank reconciliations. - Being first point of client contact regarding the handover of new clients and following up on any outstanding queries. - Assisting with VAT returns. - Handling day-to-day clients' queries. - Overseeing day to day bank balances and monthly bank reconciliation process. - Raising quarterly management fees. - Assisting with management of accounts receivable, payable and credit control functions. THE PERSON and SKILL REQUIREMENTS: - Must have knowledge and experience of the residential block property sector. - Familiar with a Property Management System. - Service Charge accounts preparation experience.     Senior Property Accountant - OUR CLIENT - Trident is partnering on an exclusive basis with a highly regarded international real estate investment and development business to appoint a Senior Accountant into its London-based European finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-capitalised, development-led real estate platform with a high-quality portfolio across major global cities. The role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, governance, budgeting, statutory compliance and strategic finance projects, working closely with senior finance leadership and stakeholders across multiple European jurisdictions. THE ROLE: This newly created Senior Property Accountant role will report to the European FD and will support the financial management and reporting of a European real estate portfolio. The position will suit a bright, motivated finance professional looking to broaden their experience within a collaborative and international property business. Key Responsibilities will include: - Supporting financial reporting, governance and statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. - Acting as a key liaison with third-party accounting providers, company secretarial teams and internal finance stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. - Partnering with the European Finance Director and Regional Finance Managers on financial reporting, analysis, strategic projects and business initiatives across a diverse European real estate portfolio. - Overseeing company-level accounts payable processes, cash management and treasury administration. - Supporting board, investor and management reporting across European entities and investments. - Assisting with annual budgets, reforecasts and cash flow forecasting. - Preparing quarterly debt compliance certificates and supporting lender reporting. - Supporting the preparation and filing of annual financial statements and other statutory reporting, as well as the external audit process. - Providing support on tax reporting by coordinating accounting records and finance information for external advisers. - Supporting acquisitions, disposals, financial due diligence and wider strategic business initiatives. - Supporting finance transformation, systems implementation and process improvement projects across the region. - Working closely with regional finance teams and service providers to ensure consistency of reporting, controls and processes. THE PERSON: We are keen to speak with candidates who are studying towards ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent), with c.2-4 years' experience in accounting, audit or finance and seeking an 'in office' role. The successful candidate is likely to offer: - A strong grounding in financial reporting, month-end and statutory accounting. - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across teams and time zones. - Strong Excel skills and an interest in systems, automation and process improvement. - A collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented approach. - Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across different functions and geographies. - Previous real estate, property, fund, infrastructure or international finance exposure. - Experience working with outsourced service providers or within a multi-jurisdictional finance environment would be beneficial.     Residential Service Charge Accountant . OUR CLIENT are a growing, dynamic and diverse residential property management company. They work with some of UK's top developers and their portfolio is spread across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Client Accountant with strong residential service charge accounting experience. THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE CLIENT ACCOUNTANT: - Preparing and submitting service charge year-end accounts, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and void calculations, liaising with accountants and Property Managers. - Managing the full budget demand process and ensure demands are issued on time. - Delivering client reports and arranging transfer of rental income. - Providing information to support VAT submissions. - Reviewing and correcting monthly expenditure with Property Managers. - Supporting rent increase processes across AST, Affordable Rent, and Shared Ownership. - Circulating year-end accounts to leaseholders and issue Section 20b notices where required. - Reconciling all client bank accounts promptly, resolving discrepancies. THE PERSON'S REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CLIENT ACCOUNTANT: - Have strong residential block service charge accounts experience. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle client and auditor queries. - Take a proactive approach and show enthusiasm for continuous learning and long-term growth with the company.
