    Job Description: TRC are recruiting for a Temporary Internal Recruiter (rolling 3 month contract) for one of our Nation wide clients based in Glasgow Role Overview As an Internal Recruiter, you are responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Your goal is to attract and retain top talent while building a strong employer brand and providing a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities - Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to take detailed job briefs, determine qualification criteria, and develop effective hiring strategies. - Talent Attraction: Write engaging job postings, advertise on relevant job boards and social networks, and maintain active talent databases. - Screening & Interviewing: Source candidates through various channels, screen CVs, and lead telephone, first-round, and competency-based interviews. - Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs, prepare progress reports for HR and management, and continually review recruitment strategies. - Candidate Outreach : Proactively calling potential candidates (this will be the majority of the role). - Depot Support : Hosting and assisting with recruitment open days. - Admin & Coordination: Booking business meetings and actively managing our candidate onboarding pots. Essential Qualifications & Skills - Experience: Proven experience as an in-house recruitment or agency recruitment consultant. - Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build trust across all levels of the business. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems such as a CRM database and sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn. - Driving: Driving license is a must as you will be expected to visit various sites within the area - expenses are paid.
