    Tech Connect Group are pleased to partner with a national technology business in their search for an Account Manager. As an account manager, you ll be at the heart of delivering innovative digital solutions, acting as the key link between clients and internal design, development, and marketing teams. You ll be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and helping clients with their digital growth, whilst taking the lead on any immediate website support needs that they have. Based out of their Southampton or Salisbury offices, this role requires you to be in the office on a hybrid basis, 2 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the above areas and be a friendly, collaborative individual who fits well within a sociable team! Please note, this role does require the usage of timesheets - please ensure you are comfortable with this before applying. Key Skills and Experience - Route client requests to the appropriate teams, ensuring a clear understanding of client needs and translating them into well-defined tasks for our development teams - Collaborate with internal teams to identify the best solutions and be able to explain these in an easy-to-understand way to the client in verbal, written and presentation formats - Manage urgent and sometimes business-critical client requests with efficiency and composure - Maintain relationships with customers, with the ability to spot and resolve any client frustrations, whilst simultaneously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement - Tracking client spends against contracts and SOWs (statement of works), reporting any concerns regarding quality, service or spend to the management team Key skills required: - Experience in either account management or project management - A passion for, and strong understanding of working with digital technologies and software, including websites, e-commerce, Mobile Apps and digital marketing - Ability to independently problem-solve, create and convey ideas effectively, and professionally, sometimes whilst under time pressure from clients - A team player and collaborative approach to working with colleagues - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously - Great attention to detail, especially regarding budgets and spend tracking - Meet company policies such as confidentiality and data security whilst logging a real-time record of work completed and scheduled

    Finance Manager

    Tech Connect Group have partnered with an automotive manufacturing business based in Warrington. This automotive business operates across the UK, with a head office based in Warwickshire, but is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of the two sites in the North West area. Coming off their best year financially, they are continuing to grow and modernise as they continue to have a strong 2026. Driven by a strong set of core values, they are looking for a friendly, hardworking, qualified accountant to join the team and help maintain their exceptionally high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the month-end close, oversee full statutory year-end audits, and deliver accurate management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and group reporting. - Partner with operational heads to drive performance, analyse gross margins, track KPIs, and manage working capital (cash, stock, debtors, and creditors). - Maintain robust internal financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, UK GAAP compliance, and oversee tax/VAT returns. - Optimise financial systems (including post-implementation support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP) and drive continuous process improvements. - Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports, while overseeing payroll inputs and day-to-day ledger management. Key Skills & Experience: - ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified accountant with a strong technical background and proven experience working within a manufacturing environment. - Advanced hands-on experience as a key user of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or an equivalent production ERP system), alongside strong capability in developing Power BI reports and dashboards. - Demonstrated experience managing and developing a finance team, combined with a proactive, hands-on approach to partnering with operational stakeholders. - Highly analytical, systematic, and process-orientated with a high attention to detail, capable of multitasking and managing a diverse workload. - Willingness and ability to travel to other sites across the UK as required by the business.

    Tech Connect Group has partnered with an automotive manufacturing business based in Dagenham to support in their recruitment for a Marketing Associate. This role would suit an extroverted and bubbly individual, passionate about motorsport & automotive, who is confident liaising with multiple team and external stakeholders. The successful candidate would be managing social media communities, supporting in the planning and delivery of campaigns, and creating engaging content, both internally and in collaboration with influencers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day community channels, plan and execute a dynamic content calendar, and capture engaging short-form photo and video assets across factory, event, and digital environments. - Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate vehicle shoots and promotional events, and maintain accurate website content and Salesforce CRM leads. - Build strong working relationships with internal departments, external agencies, and the dealer network by providing marketing assets, resources, and guidance. - Monitor automotive industry trends, track campaign and website performance metrics, and utilise digital tools to generate insights and process improvements. Key Skills & Experience: - Qualification from a relevant degree OR previous experience in a similar role. - A full UK driving licence - Flexible and willing to travel within the UK & internationally, including supporting marketing events outside normal working hours - Experience using MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat and Photoshop - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for a variety of audiences and communicate confidently with colleagues, dealers, agencies and external partners. - Proactive, self-motivated, positive and confident approach to work If of interest, please apply below
