    Role: Sales Development Manager Salary: Up to £50k DOE + Uncapped Commission Location: Fully remote An ambitious technology business is looking for a commercially driven Sales Development Manager to play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth. This is far more than a traditional SDR position. You'll take ownership of the top of the sales funnel, identifying target accounts, developing outbound campaigns and generating high-quality opportunities while working closely with senior leadership to help convert prospects into long-term customers. You'll have the freedom to shape the outbound strategy, refine messaging, build prospecting processes and influence how the sales function evolves as the business grows. We're looking for someone with a proven background in B2B technology sales who enjoys creating opportunities from scratch. Experience selling into the retail sector would be highly advantageous, alongside confidence using modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other engagement platforms.
