Role: Sales Development Manager Salary: Up to £50k DOE + Uncapped Commission Location: Fully remote An ambitious technology business is looking for a commercially driven Sales Development Manager to play a pivotal role in its next phase of growth. This is far more than a traditional SDR position. You'll take ownership of the top of the sales funnel, identifying target accounts, developing outbound campaigns and generating high-quality opportunities while working closely with senior leadership to help convert prospects into long-term customers. You'll have the freedom to shape the outbound strategy, refine messaging, build prospecting processes and influence how the sales function evolves as the business grows. As a Senior Storage Migration Engineer, you will be working alongside the customer team on a NetApp ONTAP to Pure Storage FlashBlade migration and cutover project (NAS data), providing specific expertise in FlashBlade provisioning and DobiMigrate operation.
