About You - Enthusiastic, organised and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with customers by phone and email. - Able to build rapport quickly and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Positive, proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to identify and pursue sales opportunities. - Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, account management or another customer-focused sales role. - Experience making outbound sales calls and supporting customer account development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supported by strong customer service abilities. - Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience using a CRM system would be advantageous. - Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
