About You You will be an experienced Solution Architect or AI Architect with a strong background in enterprise technology and a passion for delivering innovative AI solutions. Essential Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a Solution Architect or AI Architect within large, complex organisations. - Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric. - Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration, automation, and enterprise integration patterns. - Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions. - Strong knowledge of security, privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical technology solutions. - Experience defining measurable business outcomes and value realisation frameworks. The team is already delivering an ambitious transformation, but with a small and busy specialist function, additional experienced engineers are needed to hit the ground running, accelerate delivery and increase team capacity . The Role You'll be a hands-on technical contributor supporting the build and deployment of a new on-premises private cloud platform , working with bare-metal Red Hat OpenShift. You'll collaborate closely with architects, engineers and delivery teams , helping turn the platform vision into a scalable, modern infrastructure service. This is not a legacy-focused role - the existing team is already responsible for supporting the current environment.
