The Role As Recruitment Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a successful recruitment team, delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates, and achieving ambitious commercial targets. You'll lead from the front-driving business development, coaching your team, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a high-performing recruitment team. Drive new business development and identify opportunities for profitable growth within existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and candidates. Set clear objectives, KPIs and performance expectations for the team. Essential Experience Minimum 2 years' experience managing a successful sales team. Strong business development and client management experience. Track record of delivering revenue and profit targets.
