    We re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative to support new business growth and help drive revenue across regional markets. In this role, you ll be the first point of contact for potential customer, identifying and qualifying new opportunities across a wide range of services including IT Managed Services, Cybersecurity, HR & Recruitment, Training, and Apprenticeships. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract Key Responsibilities - Research and identify prospective clients across various industries, from SMEs to large enterprises - Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads - Book discovery calls and meetings for senior sales colleagues - Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure follow-up activity is logged and tracked - Share market insights and feedback from prospects with internal teams - Support marketing and sales campaigns to drive engagement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Number of qualified meetings booked. - Volume and quality of prospect engagements. - CRM accuracy and usage. - Contribution to pipeline growth and lead conversion. - Responsiveness and follow-through on outreach. Skills & Experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage decision-makers. - A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative. - Comfortable working with targets and metrics in a sales environment. - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is a plus but not essential. - Interest in IT, HR, or professional services is desirable. - Organised, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
