What You'll Be Doing You will lead an on-site team of 3 Randstad professionals, acting as the critical bridge between the client, your team, and Randstad's backend supporting functions (Compliance, Payroll, Billing, and Recruitment Delivery). - Relationship & Vacancy Management: You'll partner closely with the client's hiring managers to maximize vacancy capture, managing and tracking up to 70 open white-collar requisitions at any given time alongside our delivery team. When bottlenecks happen, you'll be the one to step in, smooth things over, and find solutions. - Data & Tech: You will live and breathe VMS data (ideally B-Line ).
