THE ROLE As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the temporary workforce, working closely with both our candidates and client to ensure staffing requirements are consistently met. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the existing workforce, including booking staff and managing attendance. - Registering and onboarding new candidates. - Introducing new starters to the workplace and ensuring they understand site requirements. - Delivering inductions to new starters. - Completing payroll administration and daily/weekly reporting. - Recruiting new workers to support the ongoing growth of the workforce. - Maintaining strong communication with both candidates and the client. - Working closely with the wider internal team to ensure staffing levels and requirements are met. - Providing support and cover for other members of the team when required. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have: - Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. - Good communication skills in both English and Romanian. - The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. - A reliable and proactive approach to work. - The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. - Confidence communicating with both candidates and clients. - A willingness to work in both an office environment and regularly on the food factory shop floor. Previous experience in recruitment, administration, workforce management or a similar role would be advantageous, but it is not essential. FLEXIBILITY Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to provide additional cover for other members of the team when necessary. This will be approximately 20 additional working days per year outside of your normal 4-on-4-off shift pattern.     HR Business Partner Location: Scunthorpe Pay Rate: 23.40 per hour Hours: Full Time Contract: Temporary Prestige Recruitment Specialists are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources team based in Scunthorpe. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse organisation, partnering with managers and senior leaders to deliver effective people solutions, drive organisational improvement and ensure best practice across all aspects of Human Resources. The Role As HR Business Partner, you will provide expert advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters while supporting managers through complex people issues and organisational change. You will play a key role in developing HR policies, leading recruitment campaigns and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities - Provide expert advice and case management on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance cases. - Partner with managers to proactively resolve workplace issues and support effective conflict resolution, including mediation where appropriate. - Advise managers on sickness absence, occupational health referrals and reasonable workplace adjustments. - Develop, review and implement HR policies in line with current employment legislation and organisational best practice. - Support workforce planning activities including establishment management and organisational design. - Lead and coordinate recruitment campaigns from job design through to appointment. - Coach and develop managers to build confidence in managing people effectively and consistently. - Support departmental restructures, organisational change and consultation processes. - Produce management reports, analyse workforce data and identify trends to support business decisions. - Lead and contribute to HR projects, service improvements and people initiatives. - Champion equality, diversity and inclusion across all HR activities. - Support and mentor members of the wider HR team where required. About You To be successful in this role you will have: - Chartered CIPD Membership (Level 7 or equivalent). - Significant experience within a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role. - Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. - Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases. - Experience supporting organisational change and workforce planning. - Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills. - Strong coaching and mentoring abilities. - Experience analysing HR data and producing management reports. - A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
