    HR Coordinator Location: Kitts Green, Birmingham (Office-based with hybrid working available after successful probation - 1-2 days per week) Hours: 37.5 hours per week (30 hours over 4-5 days will also be considered) Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organised Recruitment & Training Coordinator to take ownership of recruitment activity across the business while supporting the ongoing development of training programmes and learning platforms.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong HR or in-house recruitment background who enjoys working closely with operational teams and managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Experience recruiting engineering professionals would be a significant advantage, although not essential.Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business functions. - Partner with operational managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment requirements. - Source, attract and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment methods. - Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback and manage the onboarding process. - Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future hiring needs. - Recruit for engineering and technical positions, alongside a range of operational and support roles. - Support the administration and development of the company's training platforms and learning programmes. - Assist with employee development initiatives and training coordination. - Maintain accurate recruitment and training records in line with company procedures. - Provide general HR and recruitment support where required. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have: - Previous experience within an HR or internal recruitment environment. - Experience managing recruitment across multiple departments or business areas. - Excellent organisational and communication skills. - The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to build relationships with managers across the business. - A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently. Desirable Experience - Previous experience recruiting engineering or technical professionals. - Experience supporting learning and development or training programmes. - Knowledge of HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
