The Role Working as part of the eCommerce team, you'll support the day-to-day management of the online trading function, ensuring products, promotions and website content are accurate, engaging and commercially effective. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining online product listings, ensuring product information is accurate and up to date. - Supporting the planning and execution of online campaigns, promotions and seasonal trading events. - Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to help identify commercial opportunities. - Updating website banners, merchandising, product content and promotional messaging. - Analysing website performance, customer behaviour and sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Supporting the delivery of the wider online trading strategy through cross-functional projects. - Monitoring category performance and making recommendations to optimise sales. - Working closely with Buying and Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability, pricing and stock levels are aligned. - Collaborating with Marketing to maximise traffic across all eCommerce channels, including email marketing, social media and affiliate campaigns. - Liaising with internal development and IT teams to identify website improvements, troubleshoot issues and enhance the customer journey. About You To be successful in this role you'll have: - Previous experience in an eCommerce, online trading or digital merchandising role. - Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. - Experience working within an eCommerce or online retail environment. - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting sales and website performance data. - A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership and show initiative. - A resilient and adaptable attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic personality. - Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding online customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business and take ownership of a profitable territory across the Northern Region, The territory benefits from an existing customer portfolio; however, the successful candidate will be expected to focus 80% on new business development and 20% on account management, identifying opportunities to grow aftermarket sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Role As the Regional Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing aftermarket revenue across your territory by promoting a wide range of products and services to both new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities - Develop new business opportunities across the Northern Region. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. - Manage your own sales territory, identifying opportunities to increase revenue across the full aftermarket portfolio. - Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings, combining pre-arranged appointments with proactive business development activity. - Generate new leads through networking, prospecting and cold calling. - Prepare, present and follow up on quotations. - Convert service quotations into confirmed customer orders. - Attend equipment deliveries to maximise customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. - Identify opportunities for capital equipment sales and refer these to the relevant internal sales team. - Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using the company's CRM system. - Process customer orders in accordance with company procedures. - Work closely with customer service, engineering and internal sales teams. - Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews. - Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services and industry trends. - Travel throughout the region with occasional overnight stays where required.
