    Paraplanner - Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity A highly regarded and growing financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its established Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with Financial Planners, supporting the delivery of sophisticated financial planning solutions to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. The role offers exposure to complex planning cases within a collaborative and technically focused environment, making it ideal for an ambitious paraplanner looking to further develop their expertise. Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed and compliant suitability reports. - Undertake technical financial planning research and analysis. - Support advisers with holistic wealth management and financial planning strategies. - Assist with pension, investment, tax and trust planning recommendations. - Ensure all advice and documentation complies with FCA and internal compliance standards. - Liaise with advisers, providers and administration teams to ensure efficient client outcomes. Requirements - Previous paraplanning experience with strong report-writing skills. - Excellent technical knowledge across: - Pensions - Tax Planning - Trusts - CII Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent). - A commitment to continuing professional development and further qualifications. - Strong analytical, research and communication skills.     This respected national IFA firm is currently seeking an experienced financial adviser in the Oswestry area to take over an established portfolio of clients with circa £250-300k recurring income. In this role you will be provided with an established client portfolio to service and also administration and paraplanning support. You must be an experienced financial adviser who is Level 4 Diploma status (CII or equivalent) as a minimum but ideally working towards or hold Chartered status (CII or equivalent) and have a high quality and client focussed approach to financial planning. This role is an employed position with a basic salary to £65,000, excellent bonus scheme, pension and benefits.

    Paraplanner - Part-Time (Full-Time Considered) A highly client-centric financial planning practice is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join its team on a part-time basis, although full-time applicants will also be considered. Working closely with the Practice Principal, you will attend client meetings and provide bespoke paraplanning support, helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to contribute beyond traditional paraplanning responsibilities, including reviewing and redesigning processes and procedures, supporting training within the firm, participating in the investment committee, and identifying and implementing technological improvements across the business. This position would suit a paraplanning professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding client outcomes, enjoys building relationships through face-to-face client interaction, and possesses strong technical paraplanning expertise. You will also have the enthusiasm and initiative to take on additional responsibilities aimed at continually enhancing the firm's advice proposition.
