We are seeking a proactive and organised HR and Recruitment Coordinator to cover a maternity leave period for a minimum of 12-18 months. Job Responsibilities: - Coordinating an expansive recruitment role for all permanent positions available within this very busy engineering company. - You will liaise with external recruitment consultants who support the business, internal managers and direct candidates on a daily basis. - Organising pre-employment medicals and inductions and supporting with onboarding and offboarding processes. - Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures with training provided. - Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases. Preferred Skills: - Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience. - An understanding of HR procedures and policy. - This is a busy role requiring excellent IT and database skills, time management, excellent communication and previous recruitment admin experience. - Ability to interact with varying levels of employees and manager and adapt style accordingly.
