Deal Management & Collaboration - Ensure broker-submitted applications are accurately packaged, complete and aligned with internal credit and compliance requirements. - Work closely with Credit, Underwriting, Operations and Completions to ensure cases progress efficiently and issues are resolved promptly. - Maintain strong communication with brokers throughout the lending process, helping to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience. - Monitor pipeline activity and performance, providing accurate updates against agreed KPIs. - Share market intelligence and broker feedback internally to help shape the Bank's proposition and identify new opportunities. About You We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate positive impact. You will ideally have: - A proven track record of achieving business development targets within Bridging, Buy-to-Let and/or Commercial Mortgages . - An established network of brokers and introducers, with the ability and desire to continue expanding it. - Strong knowledge of the UK specialist lending market. - Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills. - A strong understanding of the end-to-end lending process, particularly across Bridging and Buy-to-Let . - The ability to operate within lending guidelines while balancing commercial opportunities with sound risk awareness. - Knowledge of risk management, core lending principles and financial analysis. - Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. - The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - A proactive, entrepreneurial and commercially focused approach. - The confidence and motivation to spend significant time in the market meeting brokers, introducers and industry contacts.
