We are looking for a Technology Lead for Microsoft Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, governance and support of business solutions. The role provides technical leadership across the Microsoft application estate, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable and aligned to business objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owner and Developers, the postholder will drive platform innovation, automation opportunities and best practice adoption while managing, mentoring and developing technical resources. Key Responsibilities - Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Power Automate Desktop. - Lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise solutions, integrations and automations. - Define and maintain platform architecture, development standards, governance and security controls. - Support business teams in identifying opportunities to improve processes through digital transformation and automation. - Lead solution design reviews, code reviews and technical assurance activities. - Ensure effective application lifecycle management (ALM), DevOps practices and release management processes. - Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party applications. - Establish and promote Power Platform governance, reusable components and development standards. - Mentor developers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. - Engage with stakeholders at all levels to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. Experience & Skills: - Significant experience delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions. - Strong hands-on expertise in: - Power Platform - Power Automate Desktop (RPA) - Dataverse - Dynamics 365 - Experience developing Dynamics 365 customisations, plugins, workflows and integrations. - Strong understanding of Microsoft platform security, governance and best practices. - Experience with API integrations, Azure services and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines. - Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex technology solutions. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and performance of our systems. This role is focused on test automation, primarily across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, helping to ensure that new features and updates are thoroughly tested and delivered to a high standard. You will work closely with developers, analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, build automated tests, and improve overall system quality within a fast paced, regulated environment.
