We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager (office based) for a period of 12 months to work closely with the Finance Director on a daily basis. This would suit someone with solid accounting experience who enjoys a broad, hands-on finance role rather than a narrowly focused position. The opportunity to work directly with the Finance Director and influence business decisions suggests it offers good exposure and responsibility, particularly if you're looking to strengthen your management accounting and commercial finance experience. The Role: - Manage day-to-day accounting, payments, reconciliations and VAT. - Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reports. - Support month-end, year-end and audit processes. - Deliver financial analysis and drive process improvements. About You: - 5+ years' accounting experience. - Strong financial and management accounting skills. - Excellent VAT, multi-currency and Excel knowledge. - Detail-orientated, proactive and commercially aware. - Strong communicator and team player. - AAT qualified/studying or relevant finance degree desirable.
