    Sales Co-Ordinator required for my well establsiehd client based in Coalville, on a full time basis Reporting to the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales, the Sales Co-Ordinator role is a varied role. Whilst supervising a team of 2 Sales Administrators / Advisors and an Internal Sales Representative, the Sales Co-Ordinator will be working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. In the absence of the Senior Sales Executive, the Sales Co-Ordinator will report to the Head of Sales. The Sales Co-Ordinator will play an integral part in the co-ordination, supervision and development of a small team, whilst being responsible for upselling, identifying new sales opportunities and forging excellent internal cross-departmental relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Effective team supervision as aforementioned, ensuring all team members are focussed, and deliver on an ongoing basis on all Key Performance Indicators (KPI s). - Ensuring effective reporting of sales performance figures, KPI s and so forth on a weekly basis. - Resolving customer queries and / or complaints in a professional, timely manner, whilst reporting back to the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales, respectively. - Looking to upsell at every opportunity. - Ensuring respective sales SLA s are adhered to at all times - Ensuring full product knowledge at all times, whilst imparting this knowledge to clients team members and all other relative parties in a simple, yet effective manner - Ensuring attendance at all relative meetings as required and requested by the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales, respectively - Forging excellent working relationships with the Sales Executives - Facilitating the execution of the Company s Sales strategy - The effective use of all internal Sales systems, such as Salesforce - Overseeing the effective supervision and development of Sales Administrators / Advisors whilst ensuring all relative training records are maintained and updated at all times - Cross-departmental engagement, whilst working closely with all relevant stakeholders in a professional manner - Escalating any concerns and / or queries to the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales as required - Exploring new ways of fee generation, and agreeing these with the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales, respectively - Suggesting avenues for process improvement to the Senior Sales Executive and Head of Sales Previous experience in a similar role is essential

    Job Specification Asset Manager Location: Leicestershire (Hybrid) Rate: £389 per day Contract: Interim Working Pattern: Hybrid 2 days per week on site, including every Wednesday (pro rata for part-time workers) Overview Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join its Commercial Property team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused property professional to manage a varied portfolio of investment assets and contribute to the strategic optimisation of the Council's £519m property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision, delivering asset management initiatives that maximise income, enhance value and support the Council's wider strategic objectives. Essential Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate: Significant commercial landlord and tenant experience. Proven asset management experience across commercial property. Ability to independently manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Experience undertaking financial appraisals, lease events and strategic asset reviews. Desirable Experience Commercial property disposals experience. MRICS qualified (preferred). Registered Valuer status would be highly advantageous. Experience working within the public sector or local government. Job Purpose Leicestershire County Council holds a property portfolio valued at approximately £519 million, with proactive asset management playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing this value. The Commercial Property portfolio sits within the Investing in Leicestershire Programme (IiLP) and comprises a diverse range of assets including offices, industrial and distribution properties, rural estates and development land. The role will focus on the proactive management, optimisation and rationalisation of these assets to maximise financial performance while ensuring compliance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972. Responsibilities include financial analysis, lease management, landlord and tenant matters, operational asset management and the delivery of value-enhancing initiatives. The postholder will independently manage a portfolio of cases and contribute to the Council's strategic property objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement asset management and investment strategies for the commercial portfolio. Identify underperforming or surplus assets and develop value enhancement or disposal strategies. Undertake financial and commercial appraisals to support lettings, rent reviews, lease renewals, refurbishments and investment decisions. Lead negotiations with tenants, developers, agents and other stakeholders to achieve the best commercial outcomes. Commission and manage external property and legal advisers in accordance with Council procedures. Ensure statutory, legal and governance requirements relating to the portfolio are fully met. Provide strategic advice on acquisitions, disposals, developments and investment opportunities. Deliver best practice in commercial asset management and contribute to the continuous improvement of property management processes. Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management, Corporate Property Steering Group (CPSG), Members and other stakeholders. Contribute to the annual Investing in Leicestershire Programme (IiLP) Report, Corporate Asset Management Plan and other strategic property documents. Maintain accurate property records using the Council's Asset Management System, CAD, GIS and associated software. Ensure compliance with Council policies including health and safety, information governance and environmental responsibilities.     Corporate Estates Business Analyst Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Corporate Estates team with process mapping, data analysis, and data quality improvements. The role will focus on mapping the end-to-end property letting process, identifying data gaps, ensuring lease and related documentation is accurately recorded within the CAFM system, and supporting improvements to data integrity. Working closely with Prakash and other stakeholders, the successful candidate will analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help deliver more accurate and reliable property data. Key Requirements - Proven experience in Business Analysis and process mapping. - Strong data analysis and data quality management skills. - Experience identifying and resolving data gaps and inconsistencies. - Ability to document and improve end-to-end business processes. - Experience working with CAFM, property, estates, or asset management systems is desirable. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Working Arrangements This is a hybrid role requiring attendance in the office two days per week, with flexibility around working days.
