Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Build relationships with leading construction companies across the South. - Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates in permanent white-collar roles (Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Design Managers, etc.). - Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle - from business development to candidate placement. - Work towards clear targets with excellent earning potential. The ideal candidate will have/be: - Recruitment experience (construction or related sector preferred). - Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven. - Knowledge of the construction industry is a bonus, but full training is provided.     ITS Building People is looking for an ambitious and driven White Collar Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our established Chepstow office.     The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates within the construction industry. Key responsibilities will include: - Managing and developing existing client relationships - Generating new business through outbound sales calls, networking and referrals - Taking detailed job briefs and matching suitable candidates to live vacancies - Advertising vacancies across multiple job boards and social media platforms - Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates - Managing candidate availability and bookings for temporary assignments - Carrying out full candidate registrations, including compliance, references and qualification checks - Negotiating pay rates and fees with clients and candidates - Using the internal CRM/database to maintain accurate records and activity logs - Always providing a high level of service to clients and candidates - Working collaboratively with resourcers and other consultants within the team The ideal candidate: - Confident, motivated and target-driven - Excellent communication and telephone manner - Strong organisational and time-management skills - Computer literate with the ability to learn internal systems - Previous recruitment, sales or construction industry experience is desirable - Full clean driving licence preferred
