    The Opportunity: Our client is supporting a major UK Government Agency on a significant transformation programme and is seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead the development, governance and delivery of a comprehensive Benefits Realisation strategy. This is a strategic consultancy role focused on strengthening the programme's benefits case as it progresses from Outline Business Case (OBC) through to Full Business Case (FBC) and into delivery. Working across multiple organisations and Arm's Length Bodies (ALBs), you'll help ensure that benefits are clearly defined, appropriately valued, effectively governed and successfully realised throughout the programme lifecycle. The successful consultant will have extensive experience leading Benefits Management within complex public sector transformation programmes and will be confident in engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops and developing robust evidence-based benefits frameworks aligned to HM Treasury business case methodology.
