You will work directly with a founder who is not from a technical background. - Commercially minded, caring about the customer experience and about the football supporters who use the product rather than only the code. What is on offer - A competitive salary, depending on experience. - Full ownership of the platform as the first engineering hire. - Direct access to the founder and real influence over what gets built. - The potential to become the foundation of a small product engineering team as the business grows. - Possible discretionary bonus to be agreed. You will own the executive dashboards, the KPI framework, the forecasting models, the reporting standards and the experiment library. You will also build the insight process that sits beneath the leadership team. You will analyse commercial, content, partnership and customer performance, then turn what you find into recommendations that leaders act on.
