Key Responsibilities - Lead external audit assignments from planning through to completion. - Supervise and mentor Audit Juniors and Semi Seniors, reviewing their work and supporting their development. - Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS. - Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact throughout the audit process. - Work closely with Audit Managers and Partners on larger and more complex engagements. - Ensure assignments are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards. - Identify opportunities to improve client service and contribute to the continued success of the team. About You - ACA or ACCA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification. - Recent external audit experience gained within UK accountancy practice. - Experience leading audit assignments and supervising junior team members. - Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and International Standards on Auditing. - Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and client-focused approach. - Ambitious, proactive and looking to continue progressing your career within a leading practice.
