THE ROLE The Finance Assistant provides essential support, handling daily financial operations and practice administration. The role demands a proactive attitude, multitasking ability, and strong attention to detail. - Create client invoices via Rapport, transfer to Sage, and manage purchase orders. - Chase debtors, reconcile invoices, and update debtor statuses. - Maintain banking records, manage credit card expenses, and reconcile weekly statements. - Assist with administrative finance queries, audit preparations, and policy updates. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - Minimum 1+ year experience supporting finance functions in a practice or professional setting. - Strong skills in Excel and SAGE. - Experience with invoicing, debtor management, and bank reconciliations. - Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
