You'll ideally have: - Part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or at least two years' experience within an accounting or finance role. - Experience supporting month-end close and posting journals. - Strong reconciliation skills and excellent attention to detail. - Exposure to statutory audits would be advantageous. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - The confidence to work effectively with both finance and non-finance teams. - The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. - Strong Excel skills. - Experience using Sage 50 is highly desirable, while Sage or Xero experience would be advantageous.
