This Finance Director role can offer you that for not one, but two businesses. It s 2 small businesses (circa £1m and £3m turnover) that make highly specialised equipment, and they re looking for someone who can become part of their senior leadership teams and hold responsibility for all financial aspects of each company strategy. Both are growing, both are investing to support that growth, and they need your commercial insight to help make this happen. With products exported globally, you will be investigating, summarising, reporting on, and making recommendations on how to improve the businesses. You will be leading the finance teams (each has 1 FTE) and providing a high-quality service to all stakeholders.
