What You'll be doing: We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused leader to take ownership of the Group's end-to-end Capital function. This role will lead capital strategy, planning, governance and delivery across all 36 sites in the UK. The role will ensure CAPEX investments drive sustainable financial, operational, safety and environmental performance. You will lead the development of a rolling 3-5 year Capital Strategy and translate this into annual CAPEX plans and ensure effective project execution through working with your direct team and across the wider group. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Automation, Technology and Procurement teams, you will: Drive robust CAPEX governance, reporting and investment decision-making Lead continuous improvement on project standards and process Oversee major, high-risk, brownfield and greenfield investments Ensure successful project delivery, operational handover and post-investment reviews Support sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives across the Group What We're Looking For Degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, Environmental Management or similar Professional membership (IET, IMechE, Energy Institute or equivalent) Strong experience leading complex capital programmes within FMCG or manufacturing environments Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams Strong understanding of project governance, CAPEX management and operational best practice Knowledge of food manufacturing legislation, factory design and compliance Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Flexible and adaptable approach within a fast-paced environment At Greencore we put our people at the core. What you'll be doing: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will have a strong track record of delivering HR-focused projects, including HRIS implementations, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and improved operational efficiency across HR functions. You will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to drive end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering through to deployment and optimisation, bringing best-practice expertise in HR systems and process transformation. - Understand and improve the inter-relationships between business processes, people procedures, systems and their associated information flows - Assist in defining, planning and preparing Project Capital requests, delivery plans and associated business benefits and new ways of working - Accurately identify and specify business solutions that satisfy business requirements and improve business performance - Build relationships, to influence and work collaboratively across IT and business teams to ensure a clear understanding of priority detailed requirements that need to be delivered and supported in ongoing live service - Ensure user testing & training requirements are understood, documented, and supports user adoption of new initiatives and ways of working - Manage and lead small to medium sized business process and solution related projects - Meticulously follows BA standards and processes, including the documentation of requirements and tests. What you'll be doing We are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst, to influence and support business decisions by bringing financial objectivity, challenge, and insight to proactively support the business. - Partner the Logistics team to provide timely and accurate analysis and information to support business decisions. - Help create site P&L budget / quarterly forecasts, demonstrating an understanding of the key drivers, to inform local operational and strategic decision making. - Identify, challenge, and proactively satisfy internal customer requirements to provide information, interpretation and insight to the business and site teams to promote effective delivery of site performance. - Continuously review business practices to make recommendations for changes which will enhance cost efficiency. - Support the Finance business Partner in all areas of site finance control and governance. - Produce extracts and analysis to prepare weekly management accounts. - Produce variance analysis to deliver the monthly, quarterly and half yearly Group packs. - Develop or validate new product pricing, costing, margin analysis to support new business presentations.
