This role is based on-site 5 days a week at the clients Leicestershire depot & will also involves trips to live construction sites within the county to support Site Managers. The client is seeking a HR generalist, ideally with a CIPD L5 qualification or working towards it currently (they do offer support for all employees looking to up-skill & achieve additional qualifications). Knowledge of the construction, civils, manufacturing or M&E sectors is beneficial.
