The Paid Media Manager will be required to take full ownership of the paid media function, driving strategy, media planning, and hands-on campaign management across multiple client accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets. - Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages. - Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency. - Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social platforms. - Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue. - Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns. - Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insights. - Ensure campaigns are driving revenue, not just leads or traffic. - Identify and implement testing strategies to improve results over time.
