This role will be based in the company's central Leeds office. The position will initially be office-based during the training period, with hybrid working available once the successful candidate is fully established in the role. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Senior Paraplanner will provide technical support across the firm's financial-planning activities, producing compliant reports, conducting research and supporting advisers with complex client requirements. This role will be based in Milton Keynes and will operate on a hybrid basis following successful completion of probation. During probation, the position will be fully office-based; thereafter, employees may work four days in the office and one day from home. The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of SME clients, provide accounting, tax and advisory support, and work closely with business owners and senior leadership.
