The Opportunity : As a Administrator, you'll play a central role in supporting the end-to-end financial planning process. You'll work alongside advisers, clients, providers, and third parties, preparing recommendations, conducting research, managing client servicing activities, and ensuring all business is processed accurately and compliantly.     JUNIOR PARAPLANNER (Route through to Adviser) Central London Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus + Clients Provided The Opportunity - Join a growing, fully independent financial planning firm managing £200m of client assets, with AUM increasing by around £50m each year. - Progress from Paraplanner into a client-facing Financial Adviser role with a structured development plan. - Go on to advise a high-net-worth client base, including UK-based US nationals and affluent UK clients. - Gain exposure to pensions, investments, protection, inheritance tax and estate planning, alongside specialist international and cross-border financial planning, including QROPS (Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Schemes). - Average client portfolio of around £800,000. - Benefit from a strong introducer network generating high-quality referrals from law firms, accountancy practices, tax advisers and foreign exchange specialists. - Full administration support provided once advising, allowing you to focus on clients once up and running. - Clients, leads and referrals provided as you transition into the role.
