    The Data Scientist will help transform manufacturing and product data into meaningful insights that improve quality, performance and decision-making. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing and digital teams, you will apply analytics, statistical modelling and machine learning techniques to solve complex engineering challenges. The Data Scientist will: - Analyse manufacturing, quality and product performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. - Develop analytical models, dashboards and reporting tools. - Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to support engineering decisions. - Define data and reporting requirements with engineering and digital teams. - Support simulation and modelling activities using real-world data. - Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Data Scientist will have: - An MSc, MEng or equivalent qualification in an Engineering, Science or Data-related discipline. - Experience analysing manufacturing, operational or quality datasets. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java or similar. - Experience with SQL databases and data visualisation tools. - Knowledge of statistical analysis, data modelling and machine learning. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.     The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in the development of embedded software for next-generation electric vehicle systems, supporting products from concept through to integration, validation and production. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering environment, you will contribute to the delivery of vehicle control, powertrain and battery management functionality while helping shape software architecture and technical direction. The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for: - Developing embedded application software for electric vehicle systems using Embedded C and Model-Based Design. - Designing, implementing and validating vehicle control functions, including powertrain, battery, thermal management and energy management systems. - Developing software using MATLAB/Simulink and Embedded C for production automotive ECUs. - Collaborating with systems, electronics and controls engineers to define software architecture and system behaviour. - Supporting software integration, commissioning, calibration and vehicle testing activities. - Participating in requirements capture, software design, implementation, verification and validation throughout the development lifecycle. The Senior Software Engineer will have: - A degree in Software Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline. - Extensive experience developing embedded software within the automotive or electric vehicle sector. - Strong programming experience using Embedded C. - Experience developing control software using MATLAB/Simulink and Model-Based Design. - Experience delivering production application software for vehicle control systems - Knowledge of CAN and automotive communication protocols. - Experience with software integration, calibration and validation using MIL, SIL and HIL environments. - Good understanding of software architecture and real-time embedded systems.
