The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the performance strategy across the entire solution lifecycle, ensuring that applications and platforms are scalable, resilient, and capable of meeting business and operational demands. Your Responsibilities: - Define and govern the end-to-end performance strategy for applications, platforms, and enterprise solutions. - Partner with Enterprise Architects, CTOs, and Program Leadership teams to ensure performance is considered throughout the solution lifecycle. - Establish and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for scalability, availability, reliability, and response times. - Develop sizing models, capacity plans, and workload forecasts to support business growth and operational demands. - Identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks across application, database, integration, infrastructure, and cloud layers. - Provide architecture recommendations to optimize system throughput, resilience, and resource utilization. - Lead performance assessments during solution design, development, testing, and production readiness reviews. - Define performance engineering standards, frameworks, tools, and governance processes across delivery teams. - Drive performance risk management activities and recommend mitigation strategies for critical business systems. - Mentor engineering and architecture teams on performance engineering best practices and emerging industry trends.
