If you're a Paraplanner who enjoys the technical side of financial planning but is now ready to move into an adviser role, this is a rare opportunity to do that in a structured, supported way. You'll initially join in a paraplanning capacity as part of an orientation phase, allowing you to get to grips with the firm's processes, clients and approach - before quickly progressing into an adviser role with full support. This role would suit a Diploma-qualified Paraplanner, ideally working towards Chartered, who is ready to take the next step into advice. Role Details - Starting in a paraplanning/orientation phase, supporting advisers with technical research, report writing and financial planning. - Working closely with three experienced advisers, gaining exposure to client relationships and advice delivery. - Attending client meetings and gradually taking a more active role in discussions and recommendations. - Building relationships with clients early on, supported by the wider team. - Progressing quickly into leading client meetings and delivering advice independently. - Gradually inheriting a portfolio of clients as part of a structured transition into an adviser role.
