About You: We're looking for someone who can bring: - Experience within Quality Assurance in the medical, pharmaceutical or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. - Experience supporting or managing key QMS processes including CAPA, document control, change control, training, non-conformance management or audit activities. - Strong analytical skills with experience using root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver sustainable improvements. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across quality, manufacturing and technical teams. - A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with a genuine passion for quality and continuous improvement.
