    Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager Contract Type: Permanent Location: Sleugh Reports to: Head of Compliance JOB OVERVIEW The Senior Compliance Manager supports the Head of Compliance & MLRO in implementing and maintaining the Company's Compliance Framework across all UK entities. This role provides day-to-day leadership of the Compliance function, acting as the primary operational lead for compliance oversight activities, intermediary oversight, compliance monitoring, and regulatory implementation. The Senior Compliance Manager will deputise for the Head of Compliance when appropriate and ensure the effective delivery of compliance initiatives throughout the business. The position operates on a hybrid basis (two days remote working), combining strategic oversight with operational leadership. Regular travel across the UK is required to support Regional Compliance Managers, conduct compliance reviews, engage with business stakeholders and retailers, and represent the Compliance function as needed. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS - Degree-level education - preferably a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Extensive experience within a Compliance, Risk, or Internal Audit function in Financial Services. - Comprehensive knowledge of FCA regulations, Consumer Duty, and the UK regulatory framework. - Proven experience in intermediary oversight and second-line compliance monitoring. - Demonstrated success in leading compliance reviews and managing regulatory remediation activities. - Experience in managing and developing teams to achieve high performance. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all organisational levels. - Strong written communication skills, including preparing reports for senior management and governance committees. - Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the UK. - A full UK driving licence is essential. - Commitment to fostering collaboration and supporting colleagues' development.     Job Title: Business Development Executive Working the Windsor office and conducting site visits across England and Wales Overview: 1. You will be conducting site visits to potential borrowers at their place of business to assess if we are proceeding to a lending decision. 2. You will be assessing director behaviour, business sector and collating any further documentation required to determine your final lending decision. 3. You will be looking at the risks involved with the business and put these factors towards the lending decision. 4. The information that is gathered at the underwriting stage will also support you to conduct the visit. 5. Role Responsibilities - Support the underwriting team by underwriting cases when you are not out on the road. - Maintain an understanding of and comply with all relevant lending regulations, including those from financial regulatory bodies and internal lending policies. - Upon completion of the site visit, ensure you carry out a post visit meeting with the Loan Sales Manager, at this stage you must ensure you raise any red flags/ concerns regarding the business we are considering lending to. - Evaluate creditworthiness and risks of loan applicants by analysing financial data including income, financial statements, and collateral when underwriting cases. - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to questions and concerns from loan applicants, explaining the loan application process, and communicating decisions effectively. - Keep yourself updated on loan products, underwriting standards, and collections procedures. - Ensure all documentation and ID Verification checks are prepared and completed to a satisfactory standard before submitting the case to the lending department. - Be able to operate with proficiency CRM systems and keep accurate notes and documentation. - Make it your responsibility to know your customers. Requirements: - Use of own car as you will be required to drive to our customers (monthly car allowance). - Confident, friendly and a professional manner is required at all times as you will representing the company when onsite visits. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities. - Knowledge of loan compliance and regulatory standards.

    The CRM & Direct Sales Team Leader plays a key role in supporting customer retention and lifecycle management. This role is responsible for coordinating the customer database and executing targeted marketing campaigns to contact End of Contract customers and encourage renewal. Leading a small delivery team of two, the Team Leader will ensure campaigns are deployed efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Relationship team to deliver brand-aligned campaigns and gather customer feedback to help improve future conversion rates.
