The Opportunity As a key member of the commercial team, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth across the UK. You'll manage the full sales process, from identifying prospects and developing opportunities through to negotiating commercial agreements and ensuring a smooth transition into service delivery. You'll be trusted to develop your own pipeline, manage customer relationships, and represent the business within the market while working closely with operational colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. About You We're looking for someone who combines industry knowledge with a proactive, consultative sales style. You'll ideally have: - Previous experience winning new business within freight forwarding, logistics or international transport. - A solid understanding of global supply chains and import/export operations across multiple transport modes. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Confidence presenting commercial solutions to senior stakeholders. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and travel regularly to customer sites. - A self-motivated approach and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
