    Delivery & Resource Manager Remote - UK Permanent Are you an experienced Delivery & Resource Manager with a background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects? We're working with a growing Microsoft Partner looking for someone to take ownership of resource planning, project staffing and delivery coordination across a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative consultancy delivering enterprise business solutions to customers across the UK and internationally. The Role You'll work closely with Project Managers, Consultants and Leadership to ensure projects are appropriately resourced, delivery schedules are maintained and utilisation targets are achieved. Key responsibilities include: - Managing consultant allocation across multiple projects. - Forecasting resource demand and future hiring requirements. - Working with Delivery Managers to resolve resource conflicts. - Monitoring utilisation, capacity and project timelines. - Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new consultants. - Improving resource planning processes and reporting. - Building strong relationships across delivery, sales and technical teams. - Helping drive successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. About You We're looking for someone with: - Experience in a Delivery, PMO, Resource or Resourcing Management role. - Previous experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP consultancy. - Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills. - Strong commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise competing demands. - Experience using project/resource management tools. - Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.     Audit Assistant Manager - Accountancy Practice Hybrid Working Our client, a very well respected Accountancy Firm, are seeking a driven and ambitious, qualified Audit Assistant Manager to join their established and friendly team, in a senior leadership position, during an exciting period of growth As Audit Assistant Manager, you will provide audit support and assistance to a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors, and have regular contact with clients, often visiting client sites to conduct audit activities. With complete responsibility for planning and completing audits, you will be be technically strong with close attention to detail and have a can-do attitude to problem-solving You should hold excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients quickly, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence. You should be a team player, able to support and mentor junior members of your team, able to develop strong relationships with your colleagues, and also a self-starter who is motivated and able to see projects through to completion promptly.
