Candidate Profile Our client is looking for an experienced finance professional with: - ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or international equivalent). - Proven experience preparing financial statements under US GAAP . - Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience. - Previous experience working within an international or multinational organisation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or similar). - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. - A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail. - The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Desirable Experience - SEC reporting exposure. - Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls. - Knowledge of IFRS and the ability to reconcile differences between IFRS and US GAAP. - Experience supporting finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
