Controls & Automation Engineer - The Role: This is a hands-on engineering role where you ll work across the full lifecycle of control system projects from design and development through to testing and commissioning. You will have: - Solid ability to write PLC & HMI from concept - Preferably you will also be competent with SCADA software design - Ability to understand and modify electrical drawings - Previous site experience including commissioning - Competent to work autonomously - Have excellent customer facing skills This is an office based position. Standard working hours are 7.30-4.30 with an early Friday finish. All expenses are covered along with an additional daily allowance when on-site. On a 25% travel year, you can expect to add an additional £6k to your salary. You'll be part of a small, highly skilled engineering team responsible for developing PLC, HMI and motion control systems for both new machine builds and existing equipment upgrades.
