About You We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical accounting knowledge with excellent analytical and communication skills. Essential Requirements - ACA qualified accountant (or equivalent). - Big 4 training background highly desirable. - Minimum 1 year's post-qualified experience, ideally 2+ years. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. - Ability to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences. - Continuous improvement mindset with a desire to challenge and improve existing processes. - Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working autonomously. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Comfortable operating within a fast-paced commercial environment.
