Altro are looking for a Data & Microsoft Solutions Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how data, digital workplace solutions, and AI drive value across the Group. This is a senior leadership role within our IT team, where you ll act as the design authority for enterprise data architecture, Microsoft 365 solutions, and Power Platform. You ll define how we use data, analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision-making, efficiency, and collaboration across the business. The team consists of 11 team members. 2 X Social Care Key Account Managers, 2 X Leisure Retail and Hospitality Key Account Managers, 1 X Healthcare and Education Key Account Manager and 5 Specification Consultants covering architects, designers and end users from Worcester to Scotland. What will you be doing? The focus of the role is on gaining and converting specifications by building strong trusted relationships with architects and designers covering the North Midlands, North Wales and the North West & the Isle of Mann for the postcodes IM, FY, LA, BB, PR, BL, L, WN, WA, CH, LL, CW, ST, SY, TF, WS, WV, DY.     The Altro Group are looking for an experienced and commercially minded FP&A Manager to support both our Floors & Walls and Autoglym businesses. This is a key role within the finance team, responsible for leading the planning, forecasting and reporting processes across the Group.
