Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with relationship managers, underwriters, and members to gather and review required loan documentation. - Prepare and process loan files for approval, closing and funding. - Ensure all loan documentation complies with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Track loan status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Maintain accurate loan records and enter data into loan origination and core banking system. - Provide support for audits, reviews, and reporting as needed. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to deliver a smooth loan experience. Qualifications - High school diploma (or equivalent) required. - Associate's degree in finance, business or related field required. - Additional experience in lieu of degree may be considered. - 2+ years of similar experience (banking, loan processing, or commercial lending support) or internship within Altra business banking department. - Strong understanding of business banking products and loan documentation preferred. We are seeking a Solutions Specialist to join our Holmen, WI office and play a key role in creating exceptional member experiences, identifying financial needs, and connecting members with products and services that make a meaningful difference. Key Responsibilities - Opening and closing of accounts - Processing account changes - Completing share certificates - Work with IRA and Trust accounts - Process loan applications via phone, fax, internet, and in-person - Present loan products to members and provide loan recommendations - Perform savings bond redemptions - Notary services, cashier's checks - Print debit cards and handle member transactions as needed - Refer members to Real Estate Lending, Altra Financial Advisors and Business Lending The Solutions Specialist may need to assist on the Member Service line as needed. This role will combine financial service responsibilities with member service duties in a cashless office environment. The Financial Services Representative serves as the face of our credit union. This position is primarily a lending position but will be required to assist members, as needed, with their financial needs and ensuring a positive experience.
