About You We're looking for someone with proven experience delivering technology projects within an IT services, infrastructure or managed services environment. You'll ideally have experience with: - Managing multiple concurrent customer-facing IT projects. - IT Infrastructure, Cloud or Managed Services delivery. - Project planning, governance, budgeting and risk management. - Stakeholder management across both technical and business teams. - Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools. - Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and organisational skills.
