The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle across a varied portfolio of infrastructure and technology projects. You'll work closely with customers, engineers, operations and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. You'll also play an important role in improving project delivery processes, mentoring junior members of the team and helping drive operational excellence across the business. About You We're looking for someone with proven experience delivering technology projects within an IT services, infrastructure or managed services environment. You'll ideally have experience with: - Managing multiple concurrent customer-facing IT projects. - IT Infrastructure, Cloud or Managed Services delivery. - Project planning, governance, budgeting and risk management. - Stakeholder management across both technical and business teams. - Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar project management tools. - Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and organisational skills. The role This is a hands-on lead role suited to someone who works agentically- using AI systems to plan, scaffold, and deliver complex development tasks, while applying strong engineering judgement to review and refine outputs. As the first dedicated developer on this platform, you will work closely with senior leadership from initial concept through to production delivery, playing a central role in shaping both the system and the future team. Our client is looking for someone entrepreneurial and highly proactive, who is comfortable engaging directly with clinicians and operational teams to understand real-world problems before building solutions.
